ANTONY RAMBINI

Director

"I first got into sales in 2016 after receiving a phone call whilst on holiday, telling me that I had been made redundant from my then job as a kitchen Manager in a small restaurant in Blackpool. I had always worked in Catering and I was good at it but the hours were long and unsociable and the pay was awful. Then a friend of mine managed to get me a field sales job at Virgin media, which is where it all started.

​

I’m not going to lie,  I was really scared because I had never done sales before, but so many people in my life had told me I was perfect for that sort of role due to my personality, so I gave it a go. It turns out they were right. Before I knew it, I was earning more than I ever had in any role and I wasn’t working crazy hours or working on weekends! After a few years I began working in the energy sector as a field sales rep, where I quickly progressed through the ranks as a manager, area manager, regional manager and then a few years later a national sales manager.

 

I enjoyed being an NSM but knew I wanted more. My business partner and I had known each other from the industry and always had banter and a little heathy competition. He had many years of experience in field sales and training and we knew we would work perfectly together as business owners.

 

We started our company in April 2021 and it has been the best decision we have ever made. I am now in the most rewarding position where I get to develop our employees and give them the motivation and confidence to reach their full potential. Our employees are our family and I will always push them to make them better and achieve their goals. We have proven results of finding and developing hidden talent and we will continue to get bigger and better all over the country. Our ultimate goal is to have multiple locations Nationwide and we are well on our way! In early 2023 a new NWES is coming!"

SIMON SPICKETT

Director

"I started my sales career in 2006 and like most people in the beginning I found it very difficult. Shortly thereafter, I realised I had found my skillset and within a year at the age of 23 I was earning over 70k annually. I stayed in field sales for 10 years before progressing up the ranks to sales manager then regional manager to eventually becoming national sales manager for a big corporate company.

​

I had met my business partner through the industry. Our paths had crossed on many occasions as we had worked for the same companies and on the same campaigns and when he approached me with the idea of starting our own company, I was 100% in.  We took the leap and both had the same vision. We wanted to focus on finding young, talented people and ensuring they receive the right guidance, relevant training and strong mentorship not only to succeed in sales but to progress quicker than we had.

 

I am very proud to say myself and business partner have built a very successful sales and marketing company from the bottom up, with a second office opening soon. We have many success stories along the way. We are growing and loving every minute."

HUZAIFAH DESAI

"Hi, my name is Huzaifah; my friends call me Huzi. I started in June 2021 and I am a team manager at NWES.

​

I came into this company with no previous sales experience. My previous employment was a 9-5 office job doing project management at an electrical engineering company with very little progression opportunities. When I first applied for this job, I was told I would be doing door-to-door sales and I was a bit afraid of accepting the job as I had no sales experience and had never had a job working outside of an office environment. However, I decided to try it out. I did think I would struggle and I did for the first day or two and was very doubtful if this job would be for me. However, with a bit of perseverance along with the training, guidance and support that was offered by Antony and Simon, I was quickly able to learn how to do the job and have never looked back since, I have gone on to do door to door sales for various campaigns such as gas and electric, charities, debt relief and broadband.

 

Having worked in large corporate companies previously coming into this job was very refreshing. The working environment is very relaxed and has a good balance of professionalism and enjoyment. There are also many morale boosters such as having a ping-pong table in the office or incentives and bonuses if a certain target is met. These vary from shopping vouchers to sometimes days out for the team etc. It is the first job that I have been excited to go into work every day. Antony and Simon have always promised to help me reach my full potential and with their support and guidance, I am now a team manager and have made more progress in 6 months than I did in 5 years in corporate companies."

CHARLTON THOMAS

Sales Trainer & Territory Manager

"I’m Charlton and I’m an employee at NWES. I have worked at NWES since it opened in April 2021.

​

I previously worked at a Shell Garage for roughly 3 years; having the role of a customer assistant. The money was terrible and the job was boring. I was itching to leave and one day, a customer gave me his business card at the till. It was one of the owners, Antony, and have never looked back since!

I have been involved in multiple sales campaigns such as gas and electric, charities and the current campaign is broadband.

 

This job is like no other. Waking up in the morning to be excited to work is a great feeling! Turning up to a positive and energised work environment in the morning whilst being treated with breakfast and games like ping pong and FIFA to get fuelled up is a nice start to the day.

 

Every day is different and challenging but time flies when you are having fun, unlike the majority of other clock watching jobs I had experienced.

I am one of the top selling sales agents in the team and I’m also a manager. I earn around £1,000 to just over £2,000 every week. This job has made me also realise that you can make unlimited amount of money and makes you strive further knowing that!

 

Working here has taught me more life skills than school and all the other previous careers combined.

 

I cannot thank my employers Antony and Simon enough for the opportunity and help they have given me. They have changed my life for the better, the future is so exciting, and I cannot wait to advance further."

Sales Trainer Specialist

"Hi my names Taylor, I’m 22 and I started working for NWES on August 22.

My previous Job was working on the motorways, which I hated and I was looking for another job for some time. At first I was a bit sceptical because I had never done sales but I thought what have I got to lose?

 

Straight away I took to the job really well and started to enjoy it more and more as the weeks went on, my wages going up every week was also a huge motivator.

 

NWES is the best place I have ever worked. Not only the team we have which brings none stop positivity and encouragement every day but also the managers who make it the best place to work for everything they do for us. From making it a fun place to work but always being there for any problems, we have.

 

I think the main thing you need in the job is hard work. Natural ability helps but hard work beats that every time. Since working here, I have realised that it is a lot easier than you think to make a lot of money; it has opened my mind a lot.

 

My family and my future are what motivate me but most of all myself. I think in life you put in what you get out and everything is solely down to you. I mean everyone has different goals but why not have high goals and expectations for yourself.

 

I would recommend this job to anyone, coming from someone with no experience, with no qualifications, and now I am one of the best reps, it really does change your life.

One of the best things about the job is having the bosses we do. Not only are they the best in every sector, but they are examples of what you want in the future, and if you work hard enough one day you can own a company to.

 

Thinking back to when I first started; I was shy, close-minded and had a lack of organisation. With all the guidance from my employers and colleagues I am quite the opposite now."

JOHN DIDSBURY

Sales Trainer & Territory Manager

"My name is John and I have been working with NWES since July 2022. This is my first job working in sales, before that I was a manager of high end cocktail bar and restaurant, but only making £19k per year and working 50 hours a week. I worked super hard at that job but I soon realized I was never going to earn good money and progress there.

​

I never expected myself to work in door sales, but when I saw my best mate George do well at NWES, I decided to give it a go. That was absolutely the best decision I have ever made.

In my first week I brought in £535 for myself. My fourth week I finally made over £1050 in five days and every week since then I have been earning £1000-£1500 per week.

 

I have recently celebrated my biggest week to date where I earned £2000 in just 4 days of work. It's crazy how fast you can progress in this job, because if you have a positive attitude and want to learn, you'll just keep getting better.

 

After just six weeks in this job I was promoted to manager which means I'm responsible for organising territory and helping reps achieve their targets and improve sale skills.

 

The vibe of working in this office is unmatched by any other work environment. All the lads are super positive and there is always good craic in the morning. Some ping pong and some healthy competitiveness when it comes to looking at everybody's scores. You become best friends with everybody you work with, it's a big family. There are always different incentives on every week too which pushes you to work harder to get bonuses.

 

Aside from the amazing earnings, this job brought so much personal growth into my life. I became so much more confident in myself and became able to talk to anybody at any time."

JACK LANGLANDS

Team / Territory Manager

"Hi, my name is Jack and I am a Team manager at NWES. I started working here in January 2022.

I have experience in various fields of work. I started out in bars on 0 hour contracts on minimum wage when I decided to get into health care which although rewarding was not where a 19 year old at the time wanted to be.

I then decided to raise my ambitions and take a few more risks. I decided to get into trading Foreign exchange, which gave me a glimpse of what success looks like. Unfortunately, it was very hostile and after a rollercoaster of income, I decided to humble myself and signed up for the Royal Marines. Which although I did not follow through on. It played a key part in teaching me leadership and responsibility.

I applied for NWES online and had absolutely no clue what it was I was signing up for other than the fact it was Sales. In my interview, Antony and Simon instantly showed me where I could be if I worked hard enough. It was nothing like other jobs I had in the past. They told me the progression was quick and starting on door-to-door sales was going to get me where I needed to be.

 

Only 1 month later, I had my first promotion to Team trainer. The work environment is incredibly relaxed mixed with the constant friendly competition in the office boosting morale and encouraging each other to do better. Antony and Simon treat you like family and always make sure you are looked after.

I have done many campaigns since I have started here and every one of them improves my ability to sell anything put in front of me.

I now manage a group of lads and have the responsibility to find all the areas that the lads will be going too to ensure they have the best areas to allow them to achieve what they want from this job.

In this job, you are as successful as you let yourself be. Any goal is achievable at NWES.

The start can be tough, both physically and mentally. However, that is why only the best stay.
